Football freestyle - 10 June

Football freestyle competition is pretty similar to a bboy battle whereby individual freestylers will pit against one another in 3 minutes and the winner will proceed to the next round. In each battle, freestylers will execute highly energetic and gravity defying stunts to outdo each other. Judging criteria will be based on Creativity, Style and Control. Register Here

530pm – 545pm Audience participation

Panna - 11 June

Panna is a dutch word which means "Nutmeg". In short, it is a 1 vs 1 game whereby two players pit against each other in a Panna court. The winner will be determined by the highest number of goals scored in a minute. However, there  is a twist to this game. If you intentionally execute a Panna on your opponent, you knock out your opponent with an instant win! Register Here

Rules & Competition Format

Rules of Panna

  • 1 minute per game
  • Most goals scored at the end of 1 minute will win the game
  • Players can also try for an instant win whereby they execute a Panna against their opponent
  • 3 points for a win and 0 points for loss

Competition Format

  • Competitors will be placed into groups of 4 players each
  • Total will be looking at 8 groups
  • Each player will face each other twice
  • Format of play will be similar to the World Cup format
  • Only top 2 players in each group will proceed to the knock out stages
  • From then on will be top 16, followed by quarter finals, semi finals and finals

Rules of Football Freestyle

  • 3 minutes each battle
  • Each competitor will have 3 sets of 30 seconds to showcase their skill set
  • Using all parts of body except hands
  • No external props allowed
  • At the end of 3 rounds, judges will appoint the winner

Competition Format

  • Competitors will be have to perform 1 minute of routine showcaseJudges will then rank
  • Judges will then rank them according to merit
  • The highest ranked freestyler will compete with the lowest ranked freestyler in the knockout phase
  • During the knockout phase, the winner will progress through to the next round until the finals
